ROBERT SIVEK

If you really want to learn about lakefront living, Robert Sivek's extensive knowledge can help you explore life on the water. A Whitewater Lake homeowner since 1995, Robert enjoys sharing what he's learned about lake life, lake conditions, fishing, lake associations, local schools, market conditions, and more.

Not only is he familiar with the local real estate market and all of the new home treasures to be found in southern Wisconsin, Robert will help you explore the area to discover all the wonderful places to go and things to do. As a self-proclaimed "foodie", Robert takes great pleasure in sharing information regarding all of the best eateries from well known restaurants to lesser known little gems.

A Chicago transplant and former Oak Park resident, Robert is a graduate of the University of Miami where he loved being near the ocean. Today, one of his favorite pastimes is enjoying Whitewater Lake with family and friends aboard "The Sivek Center," his pontoon boat. If he's not on the boat, you'll often find Robert riding his red Vespa through Wisconsin's back roads finding unique treasure in people, places and things. Robert collects antiques, crafts, and folk art, and enjoys eclectic gardening around his home.

Before entering real estate, Robert spent 37 years growing a one-person operation into one of Chicago's leading event production companies. After successfully selling the business, he embarked on his real estate career, bringing decades of experience in sales, customer service, marketing, communication, negotiation, accounting, and business management.
